Staple bound book has a name and address written on front cover. Name again on title page. Wear to spine edge with a few stress creases at staples. Several light vertical creases to both front and rear wraps. A little general soiling. Darkly acidified rectangle on title page where something had been previously placed over a period of time. No writing or other marks. Binding is sound.
