Snoopy is looking for the perfect book on gardening.   Looks like he found "A Beagle's Blooming Garden Guide ". This vase/planter could be used for many things such as pencil holder, jewelry keeper, and more.  This would make a cute accessory for many occasions.  Made in Japan.
