New in original unopened packaging, The plastic does have tears in it. This is not a standard sized puzzle. It is a miniature puzzle, with the finished size to be 19.9 inches by 10.2 inches, so the pieces will be very small, and a choking hazard to small children/infants. Please see photos for condition.
