This is the controversial 2nd album by Box Office Poison. Heavy Breathing Decade. The track listing gives you an idea why it was controversial and why it is much sought after. The bands Eleanor Rigby connection has recently started a buzz on the this release and since the band are no longer going they have started to become collectable. You will notice in listing it mentions cult artist Eleanor Rigby who is very collectable and sells very well.

Eleanor Rigby is not on this album, however its fair to say that there are quite a few connections. Russell C. Brennan wrote and produced most of Eleanor's releases and he is the main songwriter producer of B.O.P. They even do a few interesting covers of E.R tracks such as 'For The Video'. The very interesting track is the cover of Eleanor's classic 'I Want to Sleep With You'. This version has brand new lyrics and this track alone is worth getting the album for as it also sounds a bit Joe Meek like.

Hardcore Eleanor Rigby fans will also know that two other track 'Teenage Sex' & 'Penicillin Passion were demoed by Eleanor but never recorded, so this gives a brief insight as to what she might have done next had she not disappeared.

The final connections are, lead singer Misty Woods. She was touted as the new Eleanor Rigby and she even did 2 bonus tracks on an EP that also featured Eleanor Rigby (Misty tracks were Mod Boy & Wallpaper Man) Another track on the album 'Take Me Up to Heaven and back' was written by Eleanor Rigby's keyboard player Avril.
