This item is a right-handed 43 1/2" wood shaft wood. It is a driver. Made by Louisville Golf for hickory play and it is their Faith Professional model. 12* loft and a very large head with very deep face (1 7/8" +/-). A faithful replication of the original Faith driver from the 1920's. The head is clean and in good condition. It does show the expected minor play nicks and dings. Please look at the many zoom pictures for a better idea of condition. The shaft is a Louisville hickory. The shaft is straight, I see no cracks and it is tight at the hosel. It feels like a stiff flex. The grip is the original newer long leather wrap that is playable. $395 if new and hard to find if used.

If you are considering playing with this club all wooden shafted irons should be re-set prior to play. While I see no issues with the shaft (other than those mentioned above), I suggest that whipping be added just above the hosel to help prevent breakage. These wooden shafts often have hidden defects and are liable to break at any time. I do not guarantee wooden shafts against breakage when put into play. Never hit an old wooden shafted club off a driving range mat. Never hit an old wooden shafted wood with a hard range ball.

Shipping in the US is calculated and based on a 3-pound box. This item shipped UPS Ground. For those of you that never ship but only receive items, the further you are from me in NC the more shipping will be. That is the way the carriers charge. On top of that, eBay and takes almost 15% of what I receive for shipping (out of $10 I receive $8.50) and I would like to break even. eBay collects sales tax for many states. They charge me 15% for that service and I never see that money.
