Product introduction:
The C8051F300 | 1/2/314/5 series utilizes Silicon Labs' proprietary CIP-5 1 microcontroller core. The CIP-51 is fully compatible with the MCS-51 "instruction set; the standard 803x / 805x assembler and compiler can be used to develop software. The CIP-5 1 core provides all peripherals included with the standard 8052, including two standard 1 6-bit counter / timer, an enhanced 16-bit counter / timer input with external oscillator, full-duplex UART with extended baud rate configuration, 256 bytes of internal RAM, 128 bytes of Spe-key function register (SFR) address space and one byte wide 110 port.
