Vintage Mid-Century c1940’s English “Smiths Enfield” Oak Cased Chiming Mantel Clock.

Vintage mid-century c1940's English "Smiths Enfield" striking mantel clock. This clock is in excellent condition and full working order. It has a beautiful domed oak body, which has a nutty brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain and a soft shine. The face is protected by a convex glass door with a chrome bezel again in excellent condition. The glass is good with no scratches, chips, or cracks. To the rear is the door to the movement , and it still has the original instructions on the inside door. The door is intact and also in excellent condition. This clock strikes on the hour (striking the numbers of hours) and on the half hour (once). This comes complete with its original pendulum and a key
