This vintage Tinkertoy set from 1979 includes 148 pieces for hours of fun. The cardboard tube with lid and 148 Tinkertoys are perfect for children aged 4-7. I have tried to find diagram and instructions that were with the set, but have been unsuccessful. There are diagrams of different ideas on the cardboard tube.
Comes from smoke and pet free home. I saved this starter set for future grandchildren, but for my son that is not going to happen. Three miscarriages and he asked me to find a new home for one of his favorite "toys".

I have changed the total number of pieces to 160. I couldn't think of a reason to keep these 12 spools from a future Tinkertoy lover. They do not fit the tube.
