I expect you to pay reasonably promptly, and certainly within a week, but am never too stressed about payment and am always willing to hold on to an item temporarily if that fits with your personal circumstances. Please let me know if there is an issue or something I can help with.
You expect to get an item that matches the description in the listing, and to have it sent promptly after payment, and well packaged. There are rare occasions when I can’t get to a Post Office but if that happens I will let you know. I pack very well and damage is very rare, but it is possible to miss something, so if you are not happy with the item let me know asap and I will sort something out.
After the item is received please don’t forget to leave your feedback- it helps to confirm the item has been safely delivered
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT
Payments go through the eBay managed payments system using Paypal, or your bank debit or credit card.
SHIPPING AND POSTAL CHARGES
Ebay requires sellers to make sure items are sent with adequate insurance cover. I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for more expensive items. The extra costs are at the buyers expense and I normally detail these options in the listing
Tracked Airmail will normally apply for items selling overseas worth up to £20, and Signed delivery will be used for items selling for more than £20 together with any extra insurance premiums required. Please ask if you want an estimate for shipping.
Please note that the eBay managed payments system charges 12.8% on the postage charge as well as on the sale price of the item. This levy on postage is included in the charge to the customer; and there may be a small contribution to packing materials in the postage charge.
I estimate costs in the listing, if the item works out cheaper to send then my estimate I will always refund the difference to the buyer.
