What To Expect From Us
2. Pricing: We price competitively and fair with every item we list for sale. Some items will have offers on so please feel free to send one! However a lot of items will not have offers on due to how close we work on margins and how competitive we try to be. We will always try to work with you if possible. Fairness and moving product is a cornerstone to how we operate!
3. Shipping: All our items are shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise. Items under $1,000 will go out USPS ground advantage. Items over $1,000 will go out priority mail with signature. Items $4,000-$250,000 will be shipped out express mail overnight with signature required. All our packages are fully insured via private insurer.
4. Returns: If there ever is a problem with an item we happily honor a FREE return and full refund within 30 days. No hassle and no fees. All we ask is please help us understand the reason for the return. We love to hear feedback and we want to make sure we can resell a high quality item to the next happy buyer.
5. Questions: We aren’t just here to make a sale, we want to make relationships and help new and veteran collectors learn.
