Harlick 9 Inch Youth Girl's Figure Skates With 8 & 3/4ths Phantom Blades USED

I cannot find the size anywhere on the boot, but from the back of the boot to the toe is almost exactly 9 inches. Blades are Phantom 8 3/4th. Boots have lots scuffing from use, but not major issues. Blades need sharpening but are in pretty good shape overall. With a good cleanup they would be a nice pair of skates. Includes a pair of blade guards that have a bunch of pen on them and should be replaced.
