3 x River Nymph/Euro Bug style flies, 2.8mm Tungsten Bead weighted with a flashy peacock collar, size 14

Man I love this fly, I have so much confidence fishing it and it will often be the first fly that I reach for when I'm fishing new waters! I saw the fly or a similar variation of it tied by Steve Cullen on YouTube and my first thought was 'I need some of those in my box'!!

It's well weighted so it cuts through the water and sinks pretty quickly but at the same time it isn't too heavy so you can fish it in slower waters as well. I'll fish it mostly under an indicator but you can Euro nymph it as well.

Hook - Kamasan B175, size 14

Bead - Tungsten countersunk 2.8mm

Tail - English Partridge Fibres

Dubbing - Hares Ear

Ribbing - Copper Wire

Collar/Thorax - Synthetic Peacock Dubbing
