Brand new, never removed from package. This set came with both a doll necklace and a matching necklace for a child - this is the choker that was included for a CHILD  (also can be worn by an adult since there is an adjustable chain for length - fits my neck fine as shown in last photo). In the first photo which is a stock photo, this is the necklace shown at Kaya's feet. 

Super versatile as it can be worn by child, adult or doll!!

This is longer than the choker for the 18" Kaya doll but it can be worn by an 18" doll either as a longer necklace (similar in length to Kaya's porcupine quill meet necklace) or wrapped twice around the doll's neck as a choker, as shown in the photo. I have several of these and took one out of the original packaging for photos - you will receive a brand new, never removed from the packaging necklace as shown in the 3rd photo.
