Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for damages or discoloration caused by user negligence. Custom Tax
It's important to note that eBay requires customers to cover any VAT, duty, or custom taxes that are not included in the product or shipping fees. To prevent any unexpected charges, we suggest checking your local customs policy prior to making a purchase. In the event that your package is declined or returned due to customs taxes or duty, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee (based on the total price). If your package is held at your local customs, it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office and FedEx/DHL & Post Office within a set timeframe. If you require any documents to clear customs, please send us a message on eBay, and we will provide the necessary documents after verifying with our courier.
Shipping
Please note that all items will be shipped from South Korea after being double-checked. You can find shipping options and costs in the shipping and payments table. By default, we use Economy shipping, but if you want to receive your order faster, you can choose other options. To ensure safe and fast delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address when you make your purchase. Please note that it's not possible to change the shipping address after the product has been purchased. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Economy shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 28-35days.
- Standard shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 20-28 days.
- Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Tracking number provided. Delivery time is faster than other options.* If you're using (Economy shipping), It can usually take a month or two to a couple of months, depending on your location
Return Policy
We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your purchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received it. But before returning it, you should contact us first immediately. So that we can assist you with the required arrangement upon your request. Please include the original receipt in your return package or add a note with your eBay username. Refund will be done according to the following condition
All items must be returned in their original condition. The package must be in unopened condition, the items are in unused condition, and not missing any part of the product (Except the defects of the manufacturing). We will only refund after receiving the returned product and deduct the shipping cost and 10% of restocking fees.
The return will be rejected if the package has been opened and the whole or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by the negligence of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing). In case of any defects found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason for return.
If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver, local customs, etc.) the buyers have to pay for all shipping costs, customs fees, and 10% of the total price restocking fee.
After we receive the returned product, a Refund will be done.
