Here for your consideration is this very clean refinished original used Mopar 8-3/4 inch (8.75 inch) rear end pinion snubber for top of gear unit. I believe this one to originally have been off a 1970 model E-body with the 8-3/4" rear end. Will however fit a wide variety of 1970s model E-bodies and I think possibly later 1960s -early 1970s model A and B-bodies too with 8-3/4" that used this style and length pinion snubber. Please look pictures and description over here carefully, then do your own research and comparisons, before bidding on for your car.
Featured pinion snubber measures approx. 6-1/4 inch long, by approx. 4-1/2" wide at its widest at the bottom. Bolt holes centers are approx. 2-1/4" apart. This clean, low-mileage original pinion snubber was given a thorough cleaning, then given a bead blasting to nice clean bare steel. After which it was epoxy primed and painted in a nice smooth satin black finish. Looks very nice, with hardly any pitting on it, and a nice smooth finish on the top. No use since refinishing. Rubber cushion at front top of this is nice original, with no damage, and is clean and firmly attached still. Under side of this looks great too.
