Steve and Mary's romantic getaway at her father Tom's mountain lake resort is disrupted when a gang of payroll bandits, familiar with Tom's past, forces him to shelter them. The gang's leader harasses Mary and the thugs steal from guests, prompting Steve to confront them alone. Co-director Richard Talmadge makes a cameo here but he was mostly behind the camera on this one. One of the few true independent film makers in Hollywood during the studio controlled era. What's truly remarkable here is that this movie was filmed in color!

There just happens to be a whole selection of gorgeous bathing beauties laying around the beach to liven things up! The scene-stealing Si Jenks was a staple in 1930s comedies and westerns, including A Day At The Races, Topper, and Stagecoach. The final moments of the film are a non-stop slam-bang brawl!

About the print: Kodachrome Color Print that has been "heavily enjoyed" with random wear, lines/scratches, & splices so if you are looking for a new or mint print, please look elsewhere. Print is still very watchable and enjoyable. No Vinegar Smell. Comes mounted on two 1600ft. reels.

This film appears to be solidly in the public domain.

High Resolution Pictures seen above are all from the actual film print being offered, we don't ever use stock photos.

If you have any questions at all feel free to ask and thanks for looking!
