GALOOB 1988 Series 1 & 2 (5340) Star Trek Next Generation 3.5" action figures for you to choose from!

These were the original STNG action figures that started production while the TV show had not even aired yet. Galoob gave up the rights after these figures were not well received by collectors or kids. Playmates grabbed the property and the rest is, as they say, history!

We did not start collecting action figures until 1993. These were all purchased from dealers at toy shows or in comic book stores 5 or more years after their 1988 release. Most of them have some sort of dealer secondary price tag... some of which have truly disturbing asking prices. I can only hope that I haggled them down because everyone was much more excited about these OG figs then than anyone is now! Most were bagged and the cards are in good shape for their 36 years, but all bear some minor wear from handling at shows. These have been protected from UV fading damage in boxes since I bought them. Set of the Six Series 1 Crew Members includes the light skin with speckles variant Data.

Trio of Data Variants Set includes the rarest dark skin with speckles, a light skin with speckles, and the also rare blue skin without speckles. If you really, really, really need a specific one of these Datas, I will break up the set if you send a request email.

Empty card from the Series 2 Antican alien is available if you want to keep it in your collection reference archive without actually opening a figure. I will send a partial shipping refund if this is purchased alone. It will weigh practically nothing! I have to charge the same as all the other items in multi-listings.
