This is a beautiful vintage Pedigree Sindy doll that was produced as their first active body doll in 1974 . She has long blonde saran hair with a centre part , blue side glancing eyes , rooted eyelashes and very dark pink lips . Her head is very hard and is marked 033050X . She has a double cup rotational waist , ball jointed hands , a double neck joint , metal rivets in her shoulder joints, wired arms and knees that bend ( these early dolls did not have ankles designed to bend and hold a pose ) . Sindy comes with her original….

. A lilac lace tutu. Excellent condition.

. A white leotard has a small mark but it’s hard to spot and is otherwise in excellent condition.

. A pair of fishnet tights. They are damaged but are still nice to have ( see photo for details ) .

. A pair of white ballet shoes that are from a slightly later doll but fit Sindy perfectly.

Sindy has a few issues , sadly her hand joints have damage , one hand is broken and sometimes pops off , the other has been glued into place ( of coarse her arms could be replaced ) and only one knee bend and holds in first and second position. She is otherwise in excellent condition especially seeing she is fifty years old ! Her glossy hair and pretty facial features are particularly stunning . She would make a lovely addition to any collection.
