Tea anyone? Be prepared with this charming Canton underglaze blue & white decorated Jen-Wu (people, animals, buildings, and boats) patterned drum shaped teapot. It has a lychee handle to its flat lid, a classic braided handle and feather embellished spout. Circa 1820. A beautiful case piece or accompaniment to your breakfast tray.


The teapot measures approximately 5 inches high, is 8.5 inches wide (from spout to handle) and has a 5 inch diameter to base. The opening measures approximately 2.5 inches. There is a small restoration to the lid, as evidenced by discoloration as shown in photos.
