This auction is for ONE (1) 1920's -1930's spring loaded hood latch. This is NOT a reproduction, this is an original latch from a period long past. I purchased this item as a replacement for a missing latch on my 1931 Dodge 6. The "pull" part on the top had the right shape (but not chromed), and the barrel length exactly duplicated mine. The plunger was too long, but I figured it could be shortened. However, the piece at the base end of the barrel was of the wrong shape, so I continued looking for an exact replacement, which I recently found. Includes nothing other than the latch shown. Will PROBABLY fit many applications. I have included exploded views to show working parts and steps of assembly. I have NO part number, so buyer would have to use physical appearance for application. NON PAYING BIDDERS:
