Description

Kern Paillard H16-RX PIZAR 1:1.8 50mm C-Mount Movie Lens for Bolex [WH]
  • Note: The last photo shows the mount is off by a little. I'm not a lens technician, so I won't do anything to attempt to adjust it. Keep in mind, this lens is for a reflex camera, so what you see is what you'll get.
  • If you are viewing this on a phone, you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the written description and click on “see entire description” to see all the photos.
  • Nice Vintage lens for 16mm movie cameras.
  • Glass is in very good condition – not mint, no surprise because of its age.
  • Aperture adjustment is smooth. Wonderful “Visifocus” system to show depth of field – the small dots appear as the depth of field increases.
  • Focusing seems locked in place at about 50’. (yes, marked in feet) Stopped down to 1:22 the DOF goes to about 12”. I was not able to find information about a focusing lock on this lens.
  • Includes lens hood and front cap as shown. I’ll look to see if I can find a cap which will cover the back of the lens.
  • Made in Switzerland.

International shipments: Shipping costs Do not include any import taxes or fees charged in your country. NOTE: If your total order is more than $2,500 US you MUST have a shipping address in the United States, or be willing to break up the order so no single item is more than $2,500 US.

Refund Policy: Items that are not as described will result in a refund of the bid amount upon return of the item in the condition in which it was shipped.  This does not apply to finding a small scratch when the description says minor surface wear or similar issues.  If a package is damaged in transit, and if it was insured, the buyer must cooperate in filing the insurance claim (not a big deal).  The box and packing material must be kept and available for the post office if an item is insured and damaged in transit.  If an issue is not addressed in the description (I attempt to provide comprehensive descriptions) or if the bidder doesn’t understand the description and he or she did not ask a question about it, no refund will be made. Note: if the Post Office damages an item and still delivers it, it will refund only the bid amount and not the postage.  I will not make up the difference.
