When will I receive my item(s)?
A: All items are typically sent next business day after your payment has been cleared. If you choose 'standard' as a postage option please allow 6-8 business days for delivery to most key destinations within Australia. If you choose 'express/courier' as a postage option please allow 1-3 business days for delivery to most key destinations within Australia.

Which carriers do you use?
A: The service we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post. We use Fastway Couriers for courier services within Australia.

A: Yes, by choosing 'registered post' as postage option your item is insured for loss, damage and theft of your item during transit.
I need this item by this date, can you promise me delivery by then?
A: Please rest assured that we always try to excel in regards to speed of service, and are always doing our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. All items are typically sent next business day after your payment has been cleared. But we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
