When will I receive my item(s)? 

A: All items are typically sent next business day after your payment has been  cleared. If you choose 'standard' as a postage option please allow 6-8 business  days for delivery to most key destinations within Australia. If you choose  'express/courier' as a postage option please allow 1-3 business days for  delivery to most key destinations within Australia.

What payment methods you accept?

A: We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only), Bank Transfer, Money Order, Personal cheque. Buy with confidence as we are PayPal  verified.

Which carriers do you use?

A: The service we use for most of our deliveries is Australia Post. We use Fastway  Couriers for courier services within Australia.

Do you offer insurance?

A: Yes, by choosing 'registered post' as postage option your item is insured for  loss, damage and theft of your item during transit.

I need this item by this date,  can you promise me delivery by then?

A: Please rest assured that we always try to excel in regards to speed of  service, and are always doing our best to get your orders to you as soon as  possible. All items are typically sent next business day after your payment has  been cleared. But we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Can I purchase an item off eBay ?

A: In accordance with eBay regulations we are unable to sell items outside of  eBay. Simply bid on any of our items or purchase them from our store.

How do I change the delivery address for an order I've already placed?

A: At this stage we can only send to your eBay registered address at the time of  purchase. Please ensure you have up to date contact and address information on  file prior to bidding.

Do you offer shipping discounts?

A: We do offer shipping discounts for multiple item purchases.

Do you ship internationally (outside of Australia)?

A: Yes, to select countries on select items only.

Are you a registered business? 

A: Yes, we are a registered Australian business.

Do your provide an invoice?

A: Yes, will be emailed upon request.

Do you have a physical store or showroom when i can see the items before  purchasing?

A: No. We are a purely online only business. Our complete range can  be viewed in our eBay store. We have taken great time and care to ensure all  pictures and descriptions represent the items being sold ... what we list is  what you get!

Can I pick up from your warehouse? Can I organise my own courier?

A: No.
