RETURN POLICY
* We are committed to provide you with an excellent service. We are interested in your feedback and any suggestions you may have that would improve our site. For all comments and questions, please contact us through ebay ask seller question.* If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Item returned without an RMA # will not be processed or not handled properly. * Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards. * International Shipping: Please note, orders shipped via USPS 1st class mail may take between 12 to 45 business days to be delivered. Filing a claim for non delivery must be done after this time.
