This is a new replacement aerial antenna mast suitable for Toyota models where the aerial is located at the centre-front of the roof. It is suitable for Toyota Celica (T230) Coupe models manufactured from 1999 to 2006 and also many Avensis, Corolla, and Yaris saloon, sedan coupé and estate models.  This mast has a length of 420 mm (16.5 inches) with a black steel whip. It is shorter than the original, but because of its steel construction and improvements in radio transmission standards, it will achieve perfectly good signal strength, equal, if not better to the longer fibre mast. It has a 5mm diameter male (external) thread 10mm in length. The bottom section is flared to 11.3 mm where it meets the base.

This is a good quality after-market part and is a suitable replacement for Toyota part number 86309-05030. 

If your mast is damaged, missing, bent, or you radio reception is poor, picking up only stronger FM/AM signals, this is probably what you need.
