This item is a complete set of 48 standard size Original Trade Cards issued by The Brooke Bond Tea Co.(Canada) in 1967 on the subject of Transportation Through The Ages. The cards have rounded corners but are supposed to have as they were manufactured that way (see image). Some of the Transport depicted on the cards is as follows:- Elephant, Camel, Dog Sledge, Chariot, Ox Wagon, Stage Coach, Horse Tram, Bicycle, East Indiaman, Tea Clipper, Hot Air Balloon, Stephenson's 'Rocket', Steam Locomotive, Mississippi River Steamer, Modern Ocean Liner, London Bus, Early Motor Car, 'Bluebird', The Wright Brother's Aeroplane, Airship, Early Airliner, Flying Boat, Helicopter, Boeing 727, Hydrofoil, Hovercraft, Apollo Space Rocket and many others. Relevant text is printed on the backs of the cards.
