Payment

We accept PayPal payments for all auctions whatever the amount.  All PayPal payments in Pounds Sterling Only.

PayPal eCheque: Only once PayPal have notified us that your eCheque has cleared, we will dispatch the item/items.
 
All payments include UK VAT within the total purchase price (VAT reg. no 834565805).

Shipping

All items ordered before 3.30pm are sent the same working day.


UK orders: Sent Royal mail 1st class (1-2 working days) or Next Day courier (if chosen by the customer).

  
International orders: Sent by Royal Mail Airmail (3-5 working days ETA).

Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing your order with \'us/we/our\' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.

1. Prices

Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur.

2. Availability

All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only.

3. Delivery

Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 30 days of delivery.

4. Ordering

Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle \'us\' to terminate the contract immediately.

5. Lost items

GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 7 days (UK) and 14 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS. A lost item form will be sent to the buyer and once returned a replacement order will be sent.

6. Liability

GIZMO-DEALS liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this site, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of GIZMO-DEALS or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract. We have the right to change these terms at any time without prior agreement.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Returns and Refunds


1.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)


If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. 


1.2 Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.


1.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)

Provided your purchase remains unused and \'as new\' we will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.


1.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)

No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
