Payment: Payment required at checkout.

Shipping: For your assurance, we only send National items with tracking and signature on delivery. We offer this service at no additional cost to our shipping and handling fees. International items may be tracked and insured upon your request and at your expense. If you require these additional services, please contact us prior to your purchase. We package every item carefully and ship very promptly once payment is received. Import duties, taxes and associated charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to bidding/buying. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Combined Orders:  Save on shipping with combined orders:  (1) Add all the items you would like to order to your eBay cart. (2) When you have finished shopping, go to your eBay cart and check over your order. Your combined shipping discount will be shown at the bottom of the checkout.  (3) After you have reviewed your order, please 'proceed to checkout'.  (4) 'Confirm and pay' for your order.   Please note, if you pay for your items without using eBay's shopping cart, we will not be able to change this and you will be paying eBay's quoted postage.  If you have mistakenly not used the eBay cart feature to combine your order and would like a refund on overpaid postage, the following fees will apply: $25.00 administration plus 10% of the postage cost to cover eBay and PayPal fees. 

Returns: Due to eBay and PayPal fees, there are no refunds, no credits and no returns for items purchased incorrectly on eBay. We describe each item honestly to the best of our ability. You are responsible for determining the suitability of the item(s) for your application. Please make sure that you ask questions before bidding if you are unsure of product specifications.
