TUTU SKIRT  

Designed to be worn low waisted this skirt has a wide stretchy black Lycra upper-band giving a smooth fitted look (no gathers or lumps) The lower skirt is semi- see through and made from 8 layers of black and burgundy spiky cut sections of dress netting and a beautiful shimmering burgundy and black lace over-layer. The tutu has a luxury big bow which is detachable and can be worn on the front or the back.
This Tutu arrives in a "flat packed" enabling you to create the look you want, the spikes can be fluffed up to produce a full and spiky look (easy instructions enclosed)
