This is a highly detailed re-creation patch from the hit TV show 'Babylon 5'. It is the Earth Forces Cerebus Station. A rarely seen patch and great addition to any B5 collection!  It measures 3 1/4" x 3 3/4" and comes with an iron on backing [cover with cloth, iron on wool, heavy steam 10-15 seconds].
