Like all our secondary market discoveries, it is being SOLD AS IS. Like most used ties, it might need a good pressing on arrival.
We DO combine sales for lower shipping costs. If a flat rate box is cheaper we will use that and refund shipping difference. A small $1.00 handling fee is included only to cover some of our packing expenses and certainly not for profit.
