Delivery
Our price includes delivery - 1st Class Standard Royal Mail. This service is typically 1-3 working days. We can provide a next working day delivery for orders placed before 3pm:

Next working day - £4.00
Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed later than 3pm (or Sat/Sun) will be dispatched the following working day via the shipping method selected during checkout.
Returns
All our items come with a 12 month warranty. Should there be any faults with the item in this period, it will be replaced. You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, and either a replacement or a refund may be requested. Should you wish to return an item to us, please contact us and all required information will be sent to you. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.
Data Policy
We will only use your data to provide the requested service. We will only share your data with 3rd parties to ensure the execution of this service. This will usually only be couriers. We currently use Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DHL and UPS, but this is subject to change without notice. We will never use your data for targeted advertising. Your data will remain in our systems for the standard eBay duration, which is currently 90 days, or for the length of the warranty on your purchase, whichever is longer.
