If you changed your mind we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange.

Return for the refund:

PLEASE ISSUE A RETURN REQUEST THROUGH EBAY .

You would need to return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase with all tags attached, in original bag and condition for refund with copy of invoice or note with your name/order id.

Late returns will be refused.

Please note the cost of returning the item is paid by the buyer.

When refunding outbound postage costs on returned items we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery option for the product(s) returned.

If the buyer elected to choose any form of express or more expensive shipping service we will only be liable to refund the cost of the standard service that was available to the buyer.

Return for an exchange:

Please return the item to us within 14 days for exchange via 2nd Class Standard Service with all tags attached, in original bag and condition with copy of invoice or note with your name/user id and note to say exchange is required.

According to our return policy postage charges are not refundable and additional postage cost will apply to send another item (money request will be send via Pay Pal when the item is received in our premises).
