Payment

Shipping

We dispatch items within 3 working days after order has been placed and payment received. We use Royal Mail first class post for most dispatches however on orders which are of value in excess of £10 will be sent by recorded delivery.Please note that there may be times when items that are listed may not be in stock therefore this will cause delay in delivery. We will keep you advised as to when we expect to dispatch your order or alternatively will happily refund you.

Terms

Once you have confirmed your order by making payment it is then our responsibility to process your order and dispatch promptly. Please be advised that we will only dispatch items as per your order so therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that your are purchasing exactly what you need whether in size, colour or model. Returns

If you have received an item which has been damaged whilst in transit or you find a fault with the item which could have occurred during manufacturing stage then please contact us via the eBay messaging system to let us know what the problem is and we will then advise you on what action to take, please provide your eBay user ID and transaction date, so we can locate your transaction.
