PRODUCT SPECIFICS:

Brand:  Van Gogh glass is made in the USA by only one company with a patented process.  

Color:  Tiles are cut from various different colors made by the manufacturer of Van Gogh glass including both the solid and mixed colors.  True Van Gogh glass colors will not fade over time. 

Finish:  Smooth and glossy on the front side; lightly textured on the back side. 

Size:  1/2" x 1/2" x 1/8" thick. Please note that these are hand cut tiles and slight variations are normal and should be expected. If you need machine cut precise tiles please contact us BEFORE making your purchase. 

Quantity:  100 tiles per package. Multiple orders will be shipped in one bag and labeled accordingly. 

Quality:  We have rigid quality control standards and do our best to ensure all our tiles are cleanly and evenly cut.  However please note that some glass, especially mirror and iridized glass, are highly susceptible to edge chipping and “flaring” (the underside flares out at the edge ever so slightly). We try our best to pull these tiles out but tile packs may contain a few that have these characteristics. These characteristics will not affect the usability of the tile and your grout lines should cover these slight imperfections. 

Special Considerations for using this glass:  We highly recommend: Sealing your project if it will be exposed to the elements. Avoiding any prolonged exposure or submersion to water, condensation or humidity.  Using this glass for front lit mosaic applications. These are projects where the light shines ONTO the art piece such as vases, frames, walls, scultures, etc.  NOT using this glass for back lit applications where the light is intended to shine THROUGH the glass such as sun catchers or stained glass windows.  Using Weldbond glue to adhere these tiles to glass, metal, wood, plastic, styrofoam, terra cotta, pottery, aluminum and any other surface you can think of. Fixing any pinholes or slight defects on the tiles with a black permanent marker.

NOTE that you are purchasing 300 tiles, not 3 bags.  Your tiles will be packaged in one bag labeled:

"300 + 100 FREE = 400"

There is no limit to the number of packs you may purchase.  If you buy 6 we will send 2 free packs of 1/2" tiles. If you buy 12 we will send 4 free packs of the 1/2" tiles.  If you buy 90 we will send 30 packs of the free 1/2" tiles.  Large quantities will also be combined in one bag (see note above).

Order Processing: 

We ship Monday through Friday every week. We generally do not ship on weekends although during peak seasons this is subject to change. Orders received after 12:00 pm Central time on Friday are not usually processed until the following week. Orders are generally processed within 1 - 3 business days but during busy times of the year (such as Christmas) processing may take slightly longer. Custom orders may also take slightly longer depending on the nature and size of the order.  If you need your order in a RUSH please contact us to make arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate you. Expedited / Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge to most locations but please note the cut off for guaranteed delivery next day is 11:00 am Central time.
