    We ship VIA UPS Ground as well as VIA USPS. Which carrier we use is up to our discretion, but we will be happy to work with you. If you would like insurance on your item please let us know.
    We ship daily USPS and three times weekly for UPS, so you can be assured of fast service!
    Unless specifically stated in our auction, we do not allow pickups of equipment. If you insist on using your shipment method such as FedEx, our shipping & handling fees still apply.     RETURNS AND REFUNDS
