PAYMENT: Payment is accepted in form of US DOLLARS only via PAYPAL Winning bid payment is due within 5 days of winner notification. (By utilizing a ‘Buy It Now’ option buyer agrees to the above with a 24-hour period in lieu of 5 days.) Alternate arrangements are possible when buyer contacts me before bidding or using the Buy It Now option. To avoid delays, if payment is mailed the following information MUST be included: Clearly printed shipping address, Item # and description. Phone # is needed when shipping via FedEx Ground which is generally less expensive on packages over 4 pounds.
FEEDBACK: Ebay’s feedback system is the basis of the ebay concept’s popularity and continued success. However if not properly utilized, as intended, confidence in the ebay system would not exist. I work very hard as a seller/buyer to achieve and maintain a very high positive feedback rating. This enables any other seller/buyer to deal with me with a much higher degree of confidence than if no such rating system existed. Negative feedback is an extremely destructive tool and should only be cautiously wielded when all other avenues to resolution have been exhausted. I personally will only leave negative feedback in the case of Non-payment or Gross intentional misrepresentation. Non-payment cannot be totally avoided because some sellers don’t take the time or make the effort to leave the necessary feedback to weed out the buyers who think bidding is a game instead of the binding contract that keeps the ebay wheels turning. Misrepresentation is actually the flip side of the same coin. Buyers have the responsibility before bidding and during the transaction to ask whatever to clarify even the smallest query. The way in which a seller deals with or responds to the above should encourage a buyer to proceed or to ultimately walk away. A buyer dissatisfied with an item in hand has many ebay tools to seek satisfaction. If such cannot be accomplished negative feedback is a must. If people only left feedback when they were disappointed or mad the entire system would be in chaos as you would have no idea who to have confidence in. Hence, it is imperative to leave positive feedback at the close of every transaction, that merits it. I make it a point to leave feedback to 100% of my transactions. I also routinely send reminders to the buyers in my transactions to leave feedback to help ensure ebay’s stability
SHIPPING: Contact me with your U.S. Zip code for an estimate of USPS/FEDEX GROUND shipping charges. On all others I will take the parcel to USPS to obtain cost and proper paperwork (customs forms are marked merchandise with accurate dollar values) and get back to you ASAP. If s/h is stated it is for continental U.S. only. I do combine s&h on multiple items when buyer notifies me they are bidding on multiple items that can be consolidated and shipped to a single location FEDEX REQUIRES PHONE NUMBER.
DELIVERY: I ship domesticly and worldwide. I will ship the day of payment if it has been received by 11:30 am CST. If you include the item number and all other clearly legible shipping info the process is greatly expedited. Handling cost includes insurance
REFUNDS & RETURNS: Most of my items are NEW, in their original packaging, unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise stated all items’ packaging has been inspected as to factory sealed/closed condition and are therefore assumed to be complete and in good working order. As such, my items are sold as is and all sales are final. Boxes that are not in perfect condition will be noted in description. If you have questions regarding a specific item you are bidding on please ask. I try to be very clear in my listings and often get questions that can be answered by reading the description. Please read the descriptions thoroughly. All sales are final so if you have any questions please ask before bidding.
