This is a brand new rubber gasket to fit the original VW roof mounted aerial antenna bases on VW Polo models. This is the type of roof aerial antenna was fitted to VW Polo Mk 3 Mk III Type 6N, 6N2 from 1994, Polo Mark 4 Mark IV (Type 9N) from 2002 and face-lifted Mark IV (Type 9N3) from 2006. 

The gasket is oval in shape, with external dimensions of 60 mm by 43 mm approximately. It can normally be fitted from outside with out the need to remove the head-lining or interior trim, as it is flexible enough to be stretched over the aerial base and the lip seal pressed in between the aerial and roof.

If your existing gasket is cracked, perished, missing, discoloured or contaminated by over-spray this will restore the appearance of your roof aerial. It will also normally re-seal the aerial base if the existing gasket seal is allowing ingress of water.
