Orders received by 4pm will be dispatched the same day.  We send the majority of our parcels with Royal Mail 1^st class post.  For items over 2 kilo’s we use UK Mail’s 24 hour courier service.  If your goods have not arrived within 7 working days please email us before you open a case.  Our contact details are shown below.

Returns

All our items are sold as new, and we go to great lengths to list items as accurately and honestly as we can.  For this reason we offer a 14 day return and refund or exchange policy.  Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is as a result of our error.  All returns should be sent to:
