This is the No Ghost patch as seen in the first Ghostbusters movie but the circle is in black while the ghost is in a dark gray, and it has an iron-on backing [cover with cloth, iron on wool, heavy steam 10-15 seconds]. Please see my other auction for the hook & loop tape version.
The black embroidered circle on the white fabric patch measures 3 3/8" across, and from the bottom of the circle to the top of the ghosts' head is 4".
