Payment is due within 7 days.
We will take cheques ONLY by special arrangement but they are SLOW !  Clearance can take up to 10 days in total.

POSTAGE:

We will combine shipping on multiple items to give you the best value postage.
In most cases ebay checkout will automatically combine items and discount postage for you.
If it doesn't then please wait for an invoice as unfortunately we cannot discount postage after an order is paid for..
Default Shipping is now by Royal Mail Second Class Standard Packet Rate on all but the heaviest items, although other services are available at checkout.
If you expect it fast choose First Class !
We TRY to post items same day if possible and AIM to post 95% within 2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship worldwide and regularly do so. We have recently shipped to USA, Norway, Sweden, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Belgium, Holland, Malta, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Japan, Canada, Russia etc etc etc.
Ebay checkout will automatically apply combined shipping discounts but they are not always accurate. For the best possible rates ask for a manual invoice and we will weigh and price your individual order. Remember we cannot discount postage after an order is paid for so please wait for the invoice !
Similarly other trackable and insured shipping options are available on request.

FEEDBACK.

Once you have advised us that you've safely received your items and are happy with your purchase we will then close the transaction and leave great feedback. You can do this either by leaving feedback for us or by ebay email if you prefer.

Payment can be made by PayPal or over the telephone by card. We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) if you need to chat to us about an item.

Deliveries will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days, however please allow extra time around seasonal peak times or bank holidays. If your order is delayed any longer than this we will contact you via email or phone.

We shipped the majority of parcels with Royal Mail or DPD. You will usually receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

All UK mainland destinations will be sent on a 48 hour delivery service as standard, if your order is urgent please select the faster shipping options at checkout and we will rush your order through on a faster despatch time. Please note we can not despatch on weekends or bank holidays.

There are some size and weight restrictions on standard delivery services, if the item you have selected requires a different delivery service we will contact you with the options available.

We ship all over the world but if your items weighs over 2kg then it will be sent by courier, we will contact you if there is additional postage to pay. If your item is large or heavy please contact us for shipping quotes before completing your order.

Please note that for any overseas deliveries any additional import tax is the responsibility of the receiver. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure.

We package most of our items in recycled bags and boxes if you think that we can do better, please let us know.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order, unused, (HAIR FREE!) and packaged neatly within its original packaging.
