Every piece is truly handcrafted by the artist (and team). There are no mass-produced or machine-made parts or components. Everything is made by hand (even the ear wires, hoops, and clasps) with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship used. So when you wear our jewelry, you'll know you're wearing something special that was lovingly created by the artist, and will have that unique look that is distinctive to something truly made by hand.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If an item is broken during shipping,  please contact us immediately, so we can exchange it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 5 (five) days of receipt and we will gladly exchange it or provide you with a store credit that never expires. Item must be returned to us first before we ship out the new exchanged item. No Exceptions. Exchanged items must be unused and must be returned back to us in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 

Please Note: 

Goods will only be accepted for exchange if they are returned to us within 5 days of delivery, there absolutely no exceptions! We are a small business and in order for us to keep providing you with the best customer service and quality items we must follow strict guidelines. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, we also highly recommend a tracking number so you are able to track the progress of the package, without a tracking number we are unable to identify your package. The cost of exchanging the item to us is your responsibility.
