This Patch Is Sold As A Sew On Item, However It May Also Be Ironed On.
 
In My Opinion, Sewing On By Machine, Will Be The Best Long Term Option. If You Wish To Iron On This Patch It Is Very Easy. Each Patch Has A Heat Seal Backing Which Simply Allows You To Iron It Onto The Garment Of Your Choice. I Do Not Supply Instructions To Do This.
