All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday 08:00am to 05:00pm. 

We can use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

As soon as an order is received a confirmation will be sent via e-mail and as soon as payment is received your item/s will be dispatched on our next mailing day.

Approximate delivery times:

• UK - 1-2 days

• Europe - 5-7 days

• Rest of the World - 8-10 days

To return an item it must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. We will pay for the return postage and add the cost to your refund. 

How to return an item:

2. Post your returned item to:

3. Include in your packaging or let us know on the email the reason for return and the original receipt

4. Once we have received the item we will process your refund immediately
