How do I get the shipping discount?

RETURN POLICY:
-We have many satisfied customers. We will strive to fulfill your order accurately and with speed. We only accept returns for the following items:
-Mishap orders: You received a different item than what you ordered; *Items must be in their original, sealed packaging
- Defective items: Notify us first. If your order contained a mishap or defective item, contact us by email and we will send a replacement or return postage box. We do not issue refunds, only replacements. Products sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded or replaced.
