Ultra Violet Clarifiers combat green water in fish ponds, the UV rays emitted by the lamp kills the green water algae allowing a biological & mechanical filter to remove the dead algae easily.
These lamps are not for use in an aquarium and the light rays from these lamps are harmful to the eyes!
