POSI TRACTION LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIAL

CASTING No. 2278478-N

This diff is from a 1964 Corvette and does fit later models, so please check yourself to make sure what year and model it will interchange with.  Supplied as seen.  

The gears all look good and this item should just bolt in and be ready to go.

There is no back cover plate, but replacements are available State side easy enough.

It may have other Chevrolet applications, but please check this for yourself.

There are 41 teeth on the crowon wheel and I think there are 9 teeth on the pinion. It is difficult to check this as the LSD mechanism hides the gear.

Ratio is therefore 4.55 : 1  

An ideal spare if you want to drag race or need a posi traction to change your gearing with.
