This item for sale is an ancient antique silver Roman coin, set in an 18k gold & sterling silver hand made ring. The size 9 ring weighs 18.3 grams and measures 1 inch tall. Please note the gold is all the way around the coin and then underneath there is quite a bit more gold used. A wonderful addition to your collection.
