RETURNS:
I do not accept the returns on mineral specimens sold for under $150.00 other than if wrong item was shipped. I strongly encourage requests for more pictures and further description. Damages and losses are covered by Canada Post insurance, not by me. Mineral specimens over $150.00 can be returned for credit only and that credit can be used to purchase other specimens of same or higher value. Shipping is not refundable in any case. Please ask questions, answers are free and so are additional pictures. If you are not sure please! do not go for it.
NOTE # 1: I always ship what I sell,
however Post appears to lose
some, about 2% and damage
another 2% and this is outside of my
control and responsibility. Each specimen is unique and
irreplaceable. Therefore I ship only in accordance with eBay policy with tracking and insurance. Large parcels over 2lb are shipped Surface Mail, include the tracking and are insured at $2 per $100 of the item value up to a $1000 but this cost from $45 and up depending on the size and destination.
