Offered for sale is a set of 1/72-scale decals for the American World War II B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber, as depicted in the movie "Memphis Belle", made by Kits World Decals.
The "Memphis Belle" was a real aircraft and was depicted in the movie as she really looked, but all of the other aircraft in the movie are fictitious. This set of decals depicts those fictitious B-17s and their unique markings!
This set includes markings for EIGHT DIFFERENT B-17 Flying Fortresses! Included are the "Memphis Belle" and the fictitious "Gee Whiz", "Baby Ruth", "C-Cup", "Sally B/Memphis Belle", "Mother and Country", "Windy City", and "Clooney Baby".
Please note that the guide states that decals are included for 1/72 and 1/48 versions. This is a new updated set and only includes markings for 1/72-scale aircraft. The 1/48-scale markings are available in a separate set.
The set is NEW and MINT IN THE PACKAGE! The set includes a sheet of decals as shown in the photos, plus a full-color placement guide. The decals are brand new and in excellent condition.
Please note that I always ship decals packed between two stiff sheets of cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
