IMPORTANT: Your order will NOT be dispatched until we receive your old part.

Please note: Printed circuit boards will not be repairable if it is blown due to water damage, burnt as a result of high electric voltage or another faulty part. Please call us before you purchase your part to confirm if you are not sure.

Before placing your order you must check your part matches the Manufacturer Part Number stated above.

PCB's: All faulty components are replaced and dry joints re-soldered. Once reconditioned the PCB is checked by qualified engineer(s), all reconditioned PCB's comes with a 1 year warranty.

How our services work:

Exchange Service: Our exchange service is simple. Select "Exchange Service" from the drop-down menu above then click "Add To Basket". Please note before an exchange service can take place you must send your faulty item together with a copy of your Web order details or PayPal receipt to the address below. Once we receive the faulty part, we will dispatch a repaired/replacement the next working day.

Orders: Adlink UK Limited reserves the right to cancel your order, we will tell you as soon as possible. All orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day, if we occur any problem beyond our control we will contact you within 24 hours of you placing your order.

Prices: Please note all prices are inclusive of VAT. Invoices are available on request.  
Warranty: All our reconditioned parts are covered by a 1 year warranty. If your product becomes faulty within the 1 year warranty period you must send your faulty reconditioned part in first in order to be tested, if a fault(s) are detected your faulty reconditioned part will be replaced under the warranty.

Exclusions to warranty:

Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty.

PCB's: Printer circuits boards blown due to water damage, burnt as a result of another faulty part or high electric voltage will not be covered under warranty.
Shipping: Orders must be placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch . If you live in the Highlands or Offshore you will be charged Extra for postage & packaging.

Saturday delivery: Is available via DHL or Royal Mail. If you require this service please contact us for more information.
Lost or damaged: If your parcel arrives damaged please call us immediately on +44 208 991 5025 and we will arrange for a replacement. If the courier has lost your parcel, we will await for confirmation from the courier before dispatching you another replacement part.
